1. About us
NodexTravel (nodextravel.com) is operated by Nodex Global LLC, 32 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801. We are an independent travel booking service and act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as airlines. We are not an airline.
2. Your contract
When you book a flight, your contract of carriage is with the airline that operates it, and is subject to that airline's conditions of carriage and ticket rules. We arrange the booking, process payment on your behalf and provide customer service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method given.
4. Charges, taxes & service fees
- All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Charges can change at any time until your ticket is issued.
- The total amount — airline charges, taxes, carrier charges and any NodexTravel service fee — is disclosed to you before you authorize payment.
- Optional extras (bags, seats, meals) may be charged separately by the airline.
5. Payment & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when payment is authorized and a ticket number is issued. Charges may appear on your statement as separate transactions from us and the airline. If a ticket becomes unavailable before ticketing, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund of any amount taken.
6. Names & travel documents
Passenger names must match passports or government ID exactly. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health certificates and entry requirements for every country on your itinerary.
7. Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations follow airline ticket rules and may involve airline penalties, ticket differences and our service fee. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
8. Schedule changes
Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights. We will pass on any notice we receive and help you with available options, but we are not responsible for airline decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines or other suppliers, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the affected booking.
10. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or copy content for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
