1. Airline ticket rules apply
Every ticket has rules set by the airline. They decide whether a ticket is refundable, changeable or non-refundable, and what penalties apply. Your agent will explain the rules of your ticket before you pay.
2. 24-hour cancellation
For many flights to, from or within the United States booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, in line with U.S. Department of Transportation rules and airline policy. Call us as soon as possible to use this option.
3. Cancellations after 24 hours
- Refundable tickets: refunded to the original payment method, less any airline penalties.
- Non-refundable tickets: may be eligible for an airline travel credit instead of cash, depending on the airline.
- Unused taxes may be refundable on some non-refundable tickets.
4. Changes
Date, time or route changes may involve an airline change fee, the ticket difference and a NodexTravel service fee. All amounts are confirmed with you before any change is made.
5. Airline-initiated cancellations
If the airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you may be entitled to a refund or free rebooking. We'll help you review and request the options available.
6. Service fees
NodexTravel service fees cover the work of booking and support and are generally non-refundable once a ticket is issued, except where required by law or where a booking error was our fault.
7. Refund timing
Refunds are processed by the airline. Once approved, card refunds usually appear within 7–20 business days, depending on the airline and your bank.
